MUST-HAVE Skills:
- Strong hands-on coding experience
- Strong hands-on coding ability
- 10+ years of real development experience
Deep experience with:
- Node.js (backend)
- React.js (frontend)
- PostgreSQL
- Ability to write, explain, and optimize code efficiently
- Experience working independently in ambiguous or new project setups
- Comfortable with live coding technical interviews

This is NOT an architecture-only or design-heavy role
They will be assessed mainly on coding, not high-level design
